Your team in sight. Without micromanagement.
You want to know how your team is doing — not what everyone is typing. Growline shows the pattern: who’s in flow, who needs impulse, who’s quiet.
Your team at a glance
Not as a list, not as an org chart. As a constellation — you at the center, your advisors around you. Colors show status. Nothing more.
Who needs impulse today
The ochre dots in the constellation are your focus today. Tap in, get context and an AI suggestion — never a nagging dashboard.

Aggregated numbers, no individual snooping. GDPR-compliant.
Isn’t this control ?
Can my advisors see when I look at their pipeline?
No. Default is invisible, and even when coaching mode is on, they see an info line “Coaching active since X” — nothing real-time invasive.
What happens if an advisor shares nothing?
Then you only see the aggregated team metrics (how many contacts, how many conversations). No individual access. That’s the default.
Can I turn off the whole team view?
Yes. In team settings you can choose between “Map view”, “List”, or “none”. Working without a team view is also fine.
How does sharing work technically?
Opt-in per contact or per advisor, stored in a sharing table with RLS policies. Each advisor can revoke their sharing at any time.
